What is the Homebound Program?
The West Grey Public Library runs this program with the assistance of the Friends of the Library to residents who live in West Grey, for reasons of restricted mobility, physical or visual disability or long term illness, are unable to visit or use regular library facilities.
Staff will pre-select materials to suit your interests or fill your requests (regular or large print books, books on CD). Not Interlibrary Loans or DVDs. These items are then delivered either by a designated person (friend or family member) or by staff or volunteers from the Friends of the Library.
There are no overdue charges for late return of materials. Items can be renewed as long as there is no one waiting for the title. However there will be a charge for lost or damaged materials.
Items will be delivered every four weeks.
